1. Exchange / Return Time

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days after receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for an exchange or return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be attached.

  • The order invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Items can be exchanged if there is a size issue, damaged product, or wrong item delivered.

  • If the requested size or article is not available, we may offer store credit or another product of equal value.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Customized or stitched products

  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer

5. Return / Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via Email with your Order Number.

  2. Share the reason for return or exchange and product pictures if needed.

  3. After approval, send the product to our provided return address.

6. Shipping Charges

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment method.
